Dr. R. K. Mahendru is former Professor and Head Psychiatric Division, GSVM Medical College, Kanpur. He was first to obtain MD in Psychiatry in 1971 from K G’ S Medical College Lucknow. He has won Indian Psychiatric Society, Central Zone Oration Award in 1986 and has been the President and Secretary of Central Zone Branch of Indian Psychiatric Society. He has published nearly 40 scientific papers in various national and international journals and written several articles on psychiatry and mental health in various magazines and news papers. He has successfully organized national conference of Indian Psychiatric Society in Jan 1997 at Kanpur.and national mid term CME programme of Indian Psychiatric Society held at Khajuraho in Sept ’2004. He has attended many zonal, national, and international psychiatric conferences and seminars presented many original research papers.He has been heading the clinical research activity at the site since inception(2005).
Dr. Sanjay Mahendru is a graduate from G.S.V.M. Medical College, Kanpur. He has done his MD Psychiatry from K.G.’ S Medical College, Lucknow in the year 2000.He has attended many national and international psychiatric conferences and has several publications to his credit.Currently, besides being actively involved in practice, he is also conducting quality research in the form of clinical drug trials. Dr. Sanjay Mahendru is psychiatric advisor to Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
Dr Vijay Mahendru completed his MBBS in Jun 2003 from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. He has done M.D. in Psychiatry from J.S.S.Medical college, Mysore. During this period he also did his clinical attachments (including the specialties of De-addiction, Child Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Neurology) at National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, Bangalore. He has presented several papers in the Annual National Conference Of Indian Psychiatric Society (A.N.C.I.P.S.) and has attended many national and international conferences. Currently, he is actively involved in clinical practice and is also conducting quality research in the field of psychiatry in the form of multi-centre clinical drug trials.
